Does my dog need SAFE DOG products to stay safe?

Your dog’s safety is a top priority, and SAFE DOG products are specifically designed to address common safety concerns. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Does my purchase come with a warranty? 

SAFE DOG products come with a 12-month guarantee (from the date of purchase) against defects in materials and workmanship. Accidental damage or damage caused by unintended use of the product is not covered under the 12-month warranty.

Our warranty does not cover products that are:

• Lost

• Fully functional

• Dirty or smelly

• Exhibiting normal wear and tear

• Intentionally damaged

To make a warranty claim, you can email support@safe-dog.com with details of the issue. Please attach a photograph of the problematic item to your message.

We reserve the right to charge shipping and/or limit the number of free replacements in cases of excessive use or abuse of our warranties.

Can I change my mind?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you or your pet are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 90 days for a full refund. It’s as simple as that. Just reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll make things right for you.

When will my order ship?

Your order will begin processing immediately after it is placed on our website. Typically, orders are shipped on the next working day.

Please note that in an effort to process orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. However, there may be a short window of time during which edits or cancellations are possible. If you change your mind after ordering, email our support team at support@safe-dog.com, and they will advise you on whether cancellation is still an option.

You will receive an email from PawSafe confirming your order, and once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated message with your tracking code.

Shipping is currently free worldwide, with average delivery times ranging from 3 to 15 days.

We work with warehouses in multiple countries. If you are located in the United States, we will do our best to ship from a US-based warehouse. If you are located in another country, or if the products you ordered are in high demand, your goods may be dispatched from a warehouse in Asia or Europe.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We use a variety of couriers to deliver our products based on your location. The last mile of most deliveries will be fulfilled by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, Deutsche Post DHL, France La Poste, etc.).

While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, PawSafe cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, or delays.

SAFE DOG will not refund any items that have been dispatched and are currently in transit.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may return unwanted, unopened items for a refund upon receipt of the goods. Please contact our support team at support@pawsafe.co before returning any items.

Refusing delivery or returning a package as “Return to Sender” is not an acceptable method of return. PawSafe will not be responsible for packages refused at delivery, returned to sender, or sent to an invalid address provided by the customer.

If you have not received your package and believe it to be lost, please note that a package is considered lost when there has been no updated activity on the tracking code for 14 days (US & Europe) or 28 days (Rest of the World). Lost packages are eligible for a refund or replacement.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card, check, bank transfer, or wire transfer as payment methods. Please note that we pass on bank charges for wire transfer fees, which will be added to your invoice ($15). This is in addition to the standard $20 handling fee.

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment, your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will meet the specific requirements detailed on the lot-specific datasheet provided with the product. Should you encounter a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support team.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Malfunctions and/or breakage or damage resulting from external factors after delivery of the product are covered under our warranty terms. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this period, or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.
